SM Supermalls is the largest department store chain in the Philippines with over 75 malls located across the archipelago. It is owned by one of the richest tycoons in the country, SM Group continues to lead the retail industry. They over a Loyalty program to all its customers to promote good business and return customers. When I joined in the project, SM Advantage (Loyalty program), was well established and I was tasked to develop custom enhancements, handle bug fixes and provide technical support for the project.
